De prijs hiervan is op aanvraag. Enkele voorbeelden van aanvullende diensten zijn:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Extra kamers maken<\/li>\n<li>Schilderwerk binnenshuis<\/li>\n<li>Behangen van kamers<\/li>\n<li>Stopcontacten (ver)plaatsen<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h4><a id=\"Opzegtermijn\" name=\"Opzegtermijn\"><\/a>Opzegtermijn<\/h4>\n<p>Wanneer uw woning is verkocht, kunt u de huurovereenkomst opzeggen. Er zal in dit geval een opzegtermijn van drie maanden worden gehanteerd. Drie maanden is meestal de tijd die voorbij gaat voordat de nieuwe bewoner in uw huis zullen treden. Er wordt over het algemeen een contract opgesteld voor minimaal \u00e9\u00e9n jaar met een diplomatenclausule. Door deze clausule toe te voegen is het mogelijk om uw woning tijdelijk aan ons te verhuren. Ook u kunt vanwege deze clausule opzeggen, rekening houdend met de afgesproken opzegtermijn.
