At Inka Housing you can rent flexibly. Rental periods from 1 week to indefinite time are among the possibilities. You can rent the well-organized property from a room only or the whole house. If you only rent a room, you will share the house with other tenants. The renting method is equal to when you want to rent an entire house.

Step-by-step plan for renting a home

We are happy to take you through the steps that ensure that you can have a suitable accommodation for your foreign employees.

Step 1: Introductory meeting

You share your housing question with us

You have contacted us. First of all, thank you for your interest in our service! We want to help you as well and as quickly as possible. We would love to hear from you; the region and rental period and the number of people for whom you are looking for accommodation.

We will look for the right accommodation

You will immediately hear from us whether we have a property available that meets your search query. If we do not have a home available immediately, we refer you to one of our competing colleagues so that you are assisted as quickly as possible. We also make an internal report of this and we look after houses behind the scenes.

Step 2: Home match

We have found the right place for you!

We have a match! As soon as we have found a suitable home, we find it important that you know where the employees will reside. We do this by means of impression photos and / or an appointment with you on location. If you are interested in the location, we will reserve it for you. You agree on the house

If you, like us, feel that it is a suitable home for your (foreign) employees, you agree. We generally make a contract for the cooperation and it is no longer necessary per home. A written agreement is sufficient. After agreement we tell you how and where you can get the key and who your contact is in case of calamities.

Step 3: The stay

The property is accessed for the first time

Once your employee has obtained the key to the appointed place, you can make use of the property. The property will be cleaned properly before your arrival. We have already prepared the beds so that your employees have the opportunity to relax immediately after a (long) journey.

The house is inhabited

We strive to make your employees more comfortable living in our housing. Our inventory and good internet will also be here to contribute to this.

In addition to the comfort of the residents, keeping the home in good condition is also important to us. In order to do both of these expectations, we have house rules and periodic checks.

Our house rules can be found at the bottom of this page and in the house (as a poster and more detailed in the folder). To ensure that the house rules are well understood, we have translated them into various languages and images.

The Regional Coordinators (RC) of Inka Housing will periodically inspect the property. Here they pay attention to how people live in the home, but they are also there to keep the safety and living comfort optimal for the residents. There is something wrong with the housing

It can always happen that something breaks down, is missing or does not run smoothly. Residents can report this as soon as possible to the Regional Coordinator. They will solve the problem as quickly as possible and monitor this. This is the fastest way for a good solution within our organization. The contact details are stated on the house rules poster. You have obtained this information when you agreed with the property.

You leave the house

The property can be left for your reasons or for ours. If you want to cancel with us, this can easily be done through our contact form. We then confirm your cancellation by e-mail.

When the house comes back to us, the house should be broom clean. We would also like to see all the keys back from the residents.

Then we hope to be of service again in the future.

To fully unburden you, we offer the following services:

  • Periodic checks: Our experience shows that this makes it easier to deal with the property and that we can improve on time instead of settling it afterwards.
  • Smart thermostat (ICY): This way we can control the heating costs while your employees can enjoy a warm home when they are at home.
  • Quick on the spot: Our colleagues (regional coordinator, technical service and cleaning) can be quick on the spot, because they are resident in the region. If there are problems in the home, report this as soon as possible to the regional coordinator. They will solve the problem as quickly as possible.

In order to make it as pleasant as possible for all interested parties, we have drawn up house rules. You can find these house rules here and in the house. To make it clear and easy to understand, the house rules are written in various languages and are explained with images. You will also find the most important contact details of Inka Housing and the emergency services in the Netherlands. If house rules are not respected, Inka Housing will take appropriate actions.
